Transformed into a project space, the ex- Worcester Library will continue to welcome visitors to a series of projects, starting with Worcester’s Fourth Plinth.
The fourth plinth itself will be exactly that – a large low plinth in the centre of the project space that each participant will make their own. The project gives participants the freedom to use the plinth however they want to express their ideas or showcase their work.
Museums Worcestershire consider the fourth plinth a curated art work and all participants contributing artists to the project. Their work will be documented on this site and, later in the year, in a catalogue of the project.
